Finance Manager / Financial Analyst

We're looking for a Finance Manager / Financial Analyst who can combine strong financial management with analytical thinking and help us make better data-driven business decisions as the company grows.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day financial operations and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports.
• Build and maintain financial models, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plans.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and business performance.
• Monitor budgets and identify deviations, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare financial forecasts and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Track key financial and operational KPIs.
• Work with management to evaluate business initiatives and investments.
• Support planning and budgeting processes across departments.
• Analyze financial data and translate it into clear business recommendations.
• Coordinate with accounting, legal, operations, and external financial partners.
• Improve financial processes, reporting, and internal controls.
• Support audits, tax processes, and other finance-related activities when required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Financial Analysis, FP&A, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Experience building financial models and forecasts.
• Experience with budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and identify meaningful trends.
• Excellent attention to detail and ownership mindset.
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience in iGaming, Gaming, FinTech, SaaS, or Web3.
• Experience with international companies and multi-currency operations.
• Familiarity with crypto and digital asset transactions.
• Experience with BI and financial reporting tools.
• Knowledge of financial automation and modern accounting platforms.
• Experience in a fast-growing technology or product company.
