We’re currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team in a full-time collaboration format.

In this role, you will:
β€” manage mobile and PC game development projects;
β€” communicate with clients, gather requirements, clarify priorities;
β€” build and maintain project documentation;
β€” plan sprints, manage deadlines, track progress;
β€” contribute to roadmap planning and feature prioritization based on business and product goals;
β€” coordinate the work of developers, designers, artists, QA;
β€” handle scope changes and negotiate trade-offs with clients and stakeholders;
β€” provide regular status updates and progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders;
β€” ensure smooth delivery across development and release cycles;
β€” oversee release management: upload builds to App Store and Google Play, set up in-app purchases, connect ad networks, prepare store listings (metadata, screenshots, descriptions).

What is important to join us:
β€” 1,5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Producer  in  GameDev;
β€” gaming experience (PC/Mobile);
β€” solid understanding of the game development lifecycle (from concept to release and LiveOps);
β€” experience with both predictive and adaptive methodologies;
β€” experience collaborating closely with Game Designers and participating in feature planning  or game design discussions;
β€” hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools;
β€” ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under tight deadlines
β€” basic understanding of technical processes in game development;
β€” strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills;
β€” upper-Intermediate English level (written and spoken).

It’s great if you additionally have:
β€” knowledge of analytics tools and data-driven decision making;
β€” understanding of game KPIs;
β€” previous experience as a Game Designer or Producer;
β€” experience identifying upsell opportunities and contributing to product strategy;
β€” experience with LiveOps / in-game events;
β€” CAPM, PMP or other PM certifications.

About stages:
1st stage: pre-interview with a recruiter;
2nd stage: interview with Team Lead and People Ops;
3rd stage: english test;
4th stage: offer.
