QA Engineer - Audio/Call Recording
Шукаємо QA Engineer у продуктову команду, яка працює з call recording, voice communications та conversation analytics.

Критично важливо: практичний досвід тестування audio/call recording solutions є MUST HAVE. Розглядаємо кандидатів із досвідом у telephony, VoIP, UCaaS/CCaaS або продуктах, пов’язаних із записом та обробкою голосових комунікацій.
 

Responsibilities

• Manual testing of web applications and voice recording functionality
• Functional, regression, integration and exploratory testing
• Testing end-to-end call recording flows: capture, storage, playback, retrieval
• API testing using Postman / Swagger
• Creating and maintaining test cases, checklists and bug reports
• Requirements and acceptance criteria analysis
• Bug reporting, tracking and verification
• Release and regression testing
• Collaboration with Developers, Product and QA teams
   

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial QA experience
• Hands-on experience testing audio/call recording systems — MUST HAVE
• Experience with telephony, VoIP, UCaaS/CCaaS or voice communication platforms
• Understanding of software testing fundamentals, test design techniques and bug lifecycle
• Experience with API testing
• Understanding of SQL
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• English - В2 is a must!
   

Strong Plus

• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, Avaya, RingCentral, 8x8 or similar platforms
• Understanding of SIP protocol
• Experience with Wireshark and network troubleshooting
• Test automation experience: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, RestAssured or similar
• Experience with CI/CD
• Knowledge of Java, C#, Python or JavaScript
• Experience testing transcription, speech-to-text or AI/NLP features
