Senior Project Manager (Shopify Agency)

We are Maison Commerce - an international Shopify agency working with fast-growing DTC brands from Europe and the US. We specialize in Shopify landing pages, product pages, CRO-focused development, theme customization, and ongoing growth support.
 

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can independently lead multiple client projects and become a key part of our delivery team.
 

What is important for us

• 2–4+ years of Project Management experience in a Shopify agency
• Strong understanding of Shopify, themes, apps, product templates, and CRO workflows
• Experience managing design, development, and QA teams
• Ability to communicate confidently with clients in English (B2+ or higher)
• Experience working with multiple projects simultaneously
• Proactive ownership and problem-solving mindset
   

Your responsibilities

• Manage Shopify projects from kickoff to launch
• Coordinate designers, developers, and QA engineers
• Track timelines, budgets, and project priorities
• Communicate progress and updates to clients
• Prepare tasks, review deliverables, and ensure quality before launch
• Identify blockers early and drive projects forward

• Experience with CRO / A/B testing projects
• Understanding of Shopify metafields, subscriptions, bundles, and localization
• Experience with retainer / ongoing support clients
• Practical experience using ChatGPT and Claude to improve project management efficiency

Salary

$2,000 – $3,000/month, depending on experience and fit.

Location: Ukraine or Eastern Europe preferred.
