YouTube and B2B Growth Lead Offline

We’re looking for a unique hybrid profile — someone who can both build media presence and turn it into real acquisition.

This role combines YouTube hosting, content creation, and B2B paid media strategy — focused on what actually drives business impact.

What you’ll do

🎥 Content & YouTube

• Launch and grow our YouTube channel from scratch
• Host and lead interviews with clients, founders, and industry experts
• Build strong relationships within fintech, payments, and crypto
• Create engaging long-form content and short clips
• Lead webinars and discussion-based content formats
• Represent the company publicly with a strong on-camera presence

📈 Paid Media & Growth

• Own B2B acquisition through non-traditional channels
• Buy and manage placements in:
  • newsletters
  • YouTube integrations
  • podcasts
• Identify and test unconventional traffic sources
• Negotiate directly with creators and publishers
• Track performance based on ROI, not vanity metrics
• Build a scalable acquisition engine around content

What we’re looking for

• Strong on-camera presence and communication skills
• Experience with YouTube, podcasts, or video content
• Hands-on experience with B2B paid media or sponsorships
• Understanding of how content drives acquisition
• Ability to engage senior professionals (C-level, founders)
• Analytical mindset — comfortable working with performance metrics
• Fluent English (C1+)

Nice to have

• Background in fintech / payments / crypto
• Experience launching a YouTube channel
• Personal brand or audience
• Experience combining content + performance marketing
