Dinarys is an E-commerce Development Company helping retailers, brands, and manufacturers across DACH, the UK, and the US build, scale, and optimize their digital commerce solutions through custom development, architecture consulting, integrations, and long-term technical partnerships.
We’re looking for a System Administrator / DevOps Engineer on-site (hybrid) to support and improve our internal IT infrastructure, development environments, and day-to-day operations.
This is a hybrid role combining IT administration and DevOps responsibilities. You’ll ensure our team has a secure, reliable, and well-managed working environment while contributing to infrastructure automation, internal services, and development workflows.
You’ll work closely with engineering teams, helping maintain corporate infrastructure, improve operational processes, and support modern development practices across the company.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator, Infrastructure Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong experience supporting Linux and macOS environments.
- Experience administering Google Workspace.
- Experience with Slack, Jira, GitHub, and modern SaaS collaboration tools.
- Hands-on experience with MikroTik routers and Ubiquiti networking equipment.
- Experience configuring and supporting VPN solutions.
- Familiarity with Snipe-IT or other IT asset management systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with hardware diagnostics, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
- Knowledge of endpoint security best practices.
- Experience working with Docker.
- Basic experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar).
- Basic Linux server administration.
- Experience with scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Python).
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience administering AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
- Experience managing reverse proxies (Nginx, Traefik).
Knowledge of Identity Providers (SSO, Okta, Google Identity)
Responsibilities:
IT Asset Management:
Maintain an accurate inventory of corporate equipment in Snipe-IT.
Record device configurations, ownership, warranty information, and lifecycle history.
Hardware Lifecycle Management:
Diagnose hardware issues and coordinate repairs or replacements.
Plan equipment refresh cycles and maintain warranty records.
Assist with purchasing recommendations for new hardware and peripherals.
Employee IT Support:
Troubleshoot macOS, Linux, networking, VPN, and software issues.
Support Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and other internal tools.
Resolve issues remotely using TeamViewer or similar remote support tools.
Network Administration:
Maintain and support the company’s office network infrastructure.
Administer MikroTik routers and Ubiquiti Wi-Fi equipment.
Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and connectivity issues.
VPN Administration:
Manage corporate VPN based on L2TP.
Create, update, and revoke VPN accounts.
Internet Provider Management:
Coordinate with internet service providers.
Track incident resolution and scheduled maintenance.
Identity & Access Management:
Create, modify, and disable user accounts.
Administer Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and other SaaS platforms.
Assign permissions according to the principle of least privilege.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding:
Prepare laptops and workstations for new hires.
Install and configure operating systems and required software.
Configure email, Slack, Jira, VPN, and corporate services.
IT Security:
Configure disk encryption where required.
Monitor antivirus protection and endpoint security settings.
Enforce password and screen-lock policies.
Software & License Management:
Maintain an inventory of licensed software.
Monitor software usage and license availability.
Remove unauthorized or unused applications.
Track license renewals and purchasing needs.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate documentation for IT infrastructure.
Document standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guides.
Keep network diagrams, VPN settings, and system documentation up to date.
Store technical documentation securely and in a structured manner.
DevOps & Infrastructure:
Support and maintain internal development infrastructure.
Assist with CI/CD pipeline configuration and maintenance.
Manage Docker-based development environments.
Support Linux servers used for internal services.
Automate repetitive operational tasks using Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
Assist with cloud infrastructure administration (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment and operational workflows.
Participate in monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of internal infrastructure.
