AI Agent Engineer

Your Mission

Design, develop, and deploy AI agents that automate complex business processes.
 

You will build intelligent systems capable of understanding business context, interacting with enterprise software, making decisions, communicating with users, and executing tasks autonomously.

Your work will directly impact how companies operate by replacing repetitive manual work with AI-driven automation.

Build AI Agents

• Design and develop autonomous AI agents
• Build multi-agent systems
• Create reusable agent architectures
• Implement reasoning and planning workflows
• Build conversational AI assistants
• Develop industry-specific AI solutions
   

Automate Business Processes

Create AI agents for areas such as:

• Sales
• Customer Support
• Finance
• Procurement
• HR
• Project Management
• Operations
• Healthcare
• Manufacturing
• Logistics

Integrate Enterprise Systems

Connect AI agents with:

• CRM systems, ERP platforms
• 1C
• Google Workspace
• Slack, Telegram
• Jira
• HubSpot, Salesforce
• SAP, Dynamics 365
• Internal APIs
• Databases
   

Required Qualifications

Must Have

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong Python development skills
• LangChain / LangGraph
• Vector databases
• Experience building production AI-powered applications
• Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or Azure OpenAI)
• Prompt engineering experience
• REST API development, PostgreSQL
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Upper- intermediate English (verbal) skills

• MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• TypeScript, Node.js
• Playwright
