Middle/Senior Full Stack Engineer (.NET + React)

The Role: We are looking for a full stack engineer who leans backend to join a small,
distributed engineering team of six, working directly with our Director of Technology. You
will own features end to end, from the .NET API and its background workers through to the
React dashboards our users actually touch. This is a hands-on role with no layers between you
and the product decisions.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain features in our .NET 10 backend: REST APIs, domain logic, EF Core data models and event-driven background jobs.
• Take those features through to the UI in our React/TypeScript frontends, so a feature ships complete rather than being handed over half-finished.
• Work with MySQL, RabbitMQ and Redis, and think about correctness across multiple running instances, not just on your laptop.
• Integrate third-party services (payments, KYC, messaging) and handle the failure cases properly.
• Ship through Docker and GitHub Actions, and keep an eye on your own code in production.
• Actively use AI coding assistants to move faster on implementation and boilerplate.

Requirements

• Core: 5+ years of commercial full stack experience.
• Backend: Strong C# and ASP.NET Core (Web API, dependency injection, async), EF Core, and solid relational database and SQL skills.
• Frontend: Confident with React and TypeScript. You do not need to be a design specialist, but you should be able to build a clean, working interface without hand-holding.
• Systems: Comfortable with queues, background processing and asynchronous flows. You understand why a job might run twice and what to do about it.
• AI Proficiency: You are an "AI Tools Master". You know how to leverage AI to code faster and smarter.
• Tooling: Docker, Git, CI pipelines.
• Soft Skills: Self-directed, communicative, comfortable owning a piece of work in a remote team without being managed day to day.

• Language: Professional English, written and spoken.

   

Nice to Have (Not required, but a plus)

• Familiarity with Web3 concepts: wallets, smart contract interactions, EVM chains.
• Node.js or Nest.js.
• Experience with Redis beyond caching: distributed locks, shared state.
• Payments, KYC or compliance integrations.

• Frontend analytics instrumentation (GA4, Hotjar, custom event tracking).

   

Our Tech Stack

Backend: .NET 10 / C#, split into an API and a worker service. EF Core, MySQL, RabbitMQ, Redis.
Frontend: Two React + TypeScript + Vite applications, one for companies and one for end users.
Web3: Nest.js service talking to Arbitrum smart contracts, Solidity.
Infra: Docker, GitHub Actions, Kamal, Cloudflare, Sentry.
