Senior / Lead Full Stack Developer (Next.js + FastAPI)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and build modern, high-performance web applications. You will work across both frontend and backend, designing scalable solutions, implementing new features, and optimizing system performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend applications using Next.js 14, React 18, and TypeScript
• Build responsive and reusable UI components with Tailwind CSS 
• Design and develop REST APIs using FastAPI and Starlette
• Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL and TimescaleDB databases 
• Implement caching and performance optimizations with Redis 
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality features
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance

Expected results during the first 1–3 months

• Resolve outstanding technical debt across the codebase.
• Design and develop an AI-powered chatbot.
• Fix existing bugs and improve overall platform stability.

Working Conditions

• Fully remote.
• Monday–Friday (Monday–Saturday is available if preferred).
• Compensation: $1,500–4,000/month.
