Team Lead .NET Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced .NET Team Lead with strong .NET expertise, hands-on AWS experience, and proven leadership skills to join one of our long-term projects. In this role, you will lead a development team, drive technical decisions, ensure high-quality software delivery, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to build scalable and reliable solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to mentor engineers and foster a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of .NET developers, fostering technical growth and high engineering standards.
• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using .NET technologies.
• Drive technical architecture decisions and ensure the implementation of scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions.
• Analyze business requirements, estimate development efforts, and plan engineering activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software aligned with business goals.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with a strong focus on Unit Test coverage and Definition of Done principles.
• Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based solutions and ensure effective integration between services.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs.
• Work with SQL Server (MSSQL) and design efficient relational database solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and promote engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges, risks, and performance bottlenecks.
• Work with AI tools as part of the development process.

Requirements:

• Strong commercial experience with C#/.NET Core and .NET Framework.
• Experience leading or mentoring development teams.
• Strong experience designing and developing microservices-based architectures (required).
• Experience with AWS services, including SQS and Lambda.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server (MSSQL) and relational databases.
• Strong experience creating and maintaining REST APIs.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and software development best practices.
• Experience conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality standards.
• Advanced or higher level of English.

• Experience with additional cloud technologies and modern architecture approaches.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS).
• Experience working with AI-powered development tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
