Middle Backend (TypeScript+Golang) Engineer

As a Middle/Senior Backend (Golang + TypeScript) Engineer, you will build and improve backend services that power large-scale user experiences, working with modern technologies while contributing to the reliability, scalability, and evolution of a high-traffic platform.
Required for this role
- 3+ years of commercial experience in software development with a strong focus on TypeScript and Golang
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and hands-on experience building backend services with Node.js and Express.js
- Practical experience developing, maintaining, and supporting services written in Golang
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices
- Hands-on experience with unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working with AWS, including S3, ECS, DynamoDB, and RDS
- Strong understanding of software quality, scalability, maintainability, and performance considerations
- Ownership mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English level
Your responsibilities
- Develop new backend services using TypeScript, Node.js, and Express.js, ensuring high quality, scalability, and maintainability
- Support, maintain, and enhance existing services written in Golang
- Own features and technical initiatives from requirements analysis through deployment and post-release support
- Refactor and modernize existing services to improve performance, reliability, and developer experience
- Design and implement clean, maintainable, and well-tested solutions
- Collaborate closely with engineers and stakeholders to deliver business value and technical improvements
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions and decision-making
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues to maintain system reliability and performance
