Middle Backend (TypeScript+Golang) Engineer

As a Middle/Senior Backend (Golang + TypeScript) Engineer, you will build and improve backend services that power large-scale user experiences, working with modern technologies while contributing to the reliability, scalability, and evolution of a high-traffic platform.

 

Required for this role

  • 3+ years of commercial experience in software development with a strong focus on TypeScript and Golang
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and hands-on experience building backend services with Node.js and Express.js
  • Practical experience developing, maintaining, and supporting services written in Golang
  • Experience designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices
  • Hands-on experience with unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience working with AWS, including S3, ECS, DynamoDB, and RDS
  • Strong understanding of software quality, scalability, maintainability, and performance considerations
  • Ownership mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English level

 

Your responsibilities

  • Develop new backend services using TypeScript, Node.js, and Express.js, ensuring high quality, scalability, and maintainability
  • Support, maintain, and enhance existing services written in Golang
  • Own features and technical initiatives from requirements analysis through deployment and post-release support
  • Refactor and modernize existing services to improve performance, reliability, and developer experience
  • Design and implement clean, maintainable, and well-tested solutions
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and stakeholders to deliver business value and technical improvements
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions and decision-making
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues to maintain system reliability and performance
