Middle SysOps Engineer

As a SysOps Engineer at TrueLabel, you will maintain the stability, security, and performance of our infrastructure. You will collaborate with Development and Support teams to automate processes, monitor systems, and resolve incidents quickly. Your proactive approach will ensure high platform reliability and full compliance with our SLAs.

⚙️Your Tasks:

• Support and maintenance of internal company services;
• Assisting employees in resolving technical issues;
• Designing and implementing solutions for business needs;
• Automation of internal processes;
• Configuration and maintenance of system integrations;
• Development and support of ITAM/ITSM processes (including Jira Service Management);

• Monitoring the performance and stability of IT infrastructure.

   

👤 Our Criteria:

• Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience with Linux;
• Understanding of networking principles and VPN technologies;
• Experience in administration of corporate services;
• At least 3 years of system administration experience;
• Experience administering Jira Cloud and Jira Service Management;
• Understanding of ITIL / ITSM / ITAM principles;
• Experience with automation and scripting (Bash, Python, etc.);

• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
