Project Manager

Sigma Software is looking for a Project Manager to join our Embedded & IT Support business unit.

We are experiencing in the following domain areas:

• Smart Home & Smart City
• Connectivity & IoT
• Embedded systems for (Consumer Electronics. Industrial Automation. Energy. HVAC)
• Technical support
• DevOps services

• Atlassian partner products, integrations and migrations

Requirements

• At least 4 years of commercial experience in project management
• Strong knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, and tools
• Proven risk management and strong leadership skills
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Experience managing cross-cultural teams
• Hands-on experience driving the adoption of AI practices across projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate effectively with customers and project teams
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher

• Experience in embedded projects will be a plus

   

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor project execution, ensuring on-time delivery within budget
• Act as the customer’s trusted partner, developing relationships and identifying additional service opportunities and business insights
• Tailor project delivery models to match customer needs and apply best project management practices
• Conduct portfolio risk analysis, proactively manage risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Be a people manager, execute the company’s people management practices, including hiring, onboarding, performance evaluation, and retention strategies
• Implement best practices and tools for project execution and management
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and project achievements
