Senior Retention Manager

📋 Your Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy development and implementation: Building comprehensive retention strategies and multi-channel automated campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, In-app, Pop-up) for Tier-1 markets.
• In-depth analytics and optimization: Analyzing campaign performance, conducting A/B and multivariate testing, and identifying growth opportunities to increase LTV and Retention Rate, and decrease Churn Rate.
• Lifecycle management: Detailed user base segmentation, creating custom Customer Journeys, and implementing deep personalization.
• Technical setup and automation: Working with advanced CRM systems, setting up complex trigger chains, and ensuring seamless communication delivery.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Working closely with the product team, BI, analytics, and Acquisition teams to improve the customer experience.
• Expertise and mentoring: Assisting middle/junior specialists, knowledge sharing, and implementing market best practices.

• Experience: 3+ years of practical experience in CRM/Retention exclusively in Gambling (iGaming).
• Markets: Mandatory and in-depth experience working with highly competitive Tier-1 markets.
• Data-driven approach: High level of analytical skills, ability to work with data, draw conclusions, and make decisions based on numbers rather than intuition.
• Technical expertise: Deep understanding of automated campaign architecture and proven skills in working with modern CRM platforms.
• Strategic thinking: Ability to independently lead projects from idea to execution and results evaluation.
