Senior Atlassian Platform Engineer (Enterprise Cloud)

Remote | EU Nearshore | English (B2+) | Full-time B2B Contract (4 months, extension possible)

Join an enterprise-scale platform team responsible for a global Atlassian Cloud ecosystem. Following the successful migration of Jira and Confluence to Cloud, you’ll help drive platform engineering, governance, automation, and strategic cloud initiatives.

This is a technical platform role focused on enterprise enablement, platform engineering, and governance—not end-user or first-level support.

🎯Responsibilities:

• Platform administration and governance
• User, permission & license management (SCIM, SSO, MCP-Access, LLM-Gateway, Rolling License Apps)
• Design and maintenance of global Automation Rules
• Atlassian APIs and platform integrations
• 2nd level platform support & continuous improvement together with Atlassian
• Technical consulting for business stakeholders

✅Must Have:

• Strong hands-on Atlassian Cloud Administration
• Experience working with enterprise-scale Atlassian Cloud environments
• Admin Hub
• License Management
• Automation Rules
• Atlassian APIs & integrations
• Jira Software
• Confluence
• Jira Service Management (JSM)
• English level upper intermediate or higher
• Structured, solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
