Golang Engineer – High-load oRTB Systems

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience with Go, including building and operating high-load backend systems
• Strong Linux experience (Debian / Ubuntu)
• Solid practical knowledge of Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm)
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL
• Experience with in-memory data stores (Redis, Aerospike)
• Proven track record designing and running distributed systems and high-throughput services
• Experience building microservices (APIs, patterns, background/asynchronous processing)
• Experience developing REST, GraphQL, and gRPC APIs
• Solid understanding of KISS, DRY, SOLID principles and common design patterns
• Practical experience with event-driven architectures
• Experience with Ansible and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI preferred)
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and performance tuning
• Fast learner with a strong drive to continuously acquire new knowledge

Nice to Have

• Experience with ClickHouse
• Experience designing GraphQL and gRPC APIs
• Experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, NATS)
• Scripting experience (Python, Bash)

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high-load distributed systems (500k+ RPS) using Go 
• Own backend features end-to-end — from design and implementation through deployment
• Analyze performance metrics and identify bottlenecks; continuously tune services for maximum efficiency and reliability
• Collaborate closely with the team to deliver high-quality features and resolve production issues
• Conduct thorough code reviews focused on readability, correctness, testability, and performance
• Define and implement testing strategies (unit, integration, and performance testing)
• Stay current with relevant technologies (including big-data processing) and make informed decisions on technology adoption
• Play a critical role in a fast-growing product’s development and delivery processes
