Middle AQA (Python)

Location: Szczecin OR Zagreb

Job Description

Experience in QA engineering, writing automation scripts, and applying a framework approach to automation (python)

Expertise in automation tools 

Experience with Behavior Driven Development methodology and BDD test automation tools (nice to have)

Experience with Backend and UI automation testing and open source tools

Experience build & continuous Integration using tools such Azure pipeline / Jenkins.

Knowledge about API, databases and cloud testing

Ability to learn quickly and grow in technical area

Education: Bachelor’s in CS/EE or related (Master’s preferred)

Familiarity with SDLC, test lifecycle, and Agile methodologies

English: Intermediate or higher (both written and verbal)

Working from office is a requirement in this role or hybrid.

Flexibility in working hours since client is from US and there might be a need to attend a meeting in the evening hours.

Job Responsibilities

Programming automatic tests based on existing manual tests

Updating existing manual test scenarios in order to create automatic tests alternative to the adopted rules

Review of automation test (code) and test scenarios (description of steps in Test Tool)

Execution/creating reports on the execution of automated tests

Identifying/reporting/retesting bugs

Flexibility to do manual testing if needed
