How exactly can you influence the development of the Company:

• оperational support for new market launch: coordinating the opening of bank accounts; interacting with local accounting and legal service providers

• сontrol and verification of primary data: verifying the accuracy of a non-resident company's operational tracking in the ERP system in accordance with IFRS and local regulations

• вata management and automation (BI/Tableau): processing data sets from Tableau and ensuring accurate accounting entries are formed in the system; drafting technical requirements (BRD) for data analysts to set up reports for new operational types and billing

• payment provider management: organizing and managing daily/weekly reconciliations with local financial companies and payment service providers (PSPs) within a high-transaction ride-hailing environment

• month-end closing processes: preparing and performing initial analysis on management reporting packages (P&L, CF, BS) for the new country, identifying variance reasons

• autonomous interaction with tax consultants: formatting precise inquiries, gathering data for tax calculations (especially ride-hailing-specific VAT on digital services), and monitoring timely tax filing by local consultants

• audit coordination: communicating with internal and external auditors, promptly preparing answers and the necessary documentation package

Challenges for the first 3 months:
• develop a comprehensive understanding of how operational events trigger financial entries in Tableau reports
• demonstrate full proficiency in tracking and analyzing key metrics: Rider Virtual Balance, Driver Virtual Balance, Cash Flow, and Profit & Loss
• payment Provider Reconciliations, establish and streamline the regular reconciliation process for all incoming payment flows
• set up a robust, systematic routine for periodic reconciliations of payment processing data across all local financial providers and PSPs
• discrepancy analysis, achieve operational autonomy in identifying and resolving financial data mismatches
• effectively identify and resolve discrepancies between PSP reports and bank statements
• diagnose, explain, and document the root causes of data variances between internal transactional data in Tableau (cross-check between DVB, RVB, PL, CF)
• financial Reporting Ownership (P&L, CF), take full ownership of the month-end closing and management reporting for the local legal entity

To achieve results, you will need: 
• higher degree in a relevant field (Finance, Accounting, Audit, Economics). Having or pursuing professional certifications (ACCA / CIMA) will be a significant advantage

• 3 years of experience in corporate finance within international companies or in audit/consulting 

• high-transaction business sectors (FinTech, Ride-hailing, E-commerce, Logistics, Delivery)

• deep understanding of IFRS standards and basic principles of international taxation (VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Payroll)

• english at a C1 (Advanced) level, confident verbal and written communication, capability to independently handle correspondence and negotiations with foreign consultants, banks, and partners

• advanced MS Excel proficiency (handling large data sets, complex formulas); experience working with ERP systems and BI tools (Tableau / PowerBI)
