You'll become part of our Product & Growth Department, working closely with Development, QA, Project Management, Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Support, Operations, and Leadership.
This is a hands-on operational Product Manager role focused on product execution rather than product strategy.
You'll be responsible for transforming approved product ideas into structured requirements, supporting implementation, validating delivered functionality, maintaining product documentation, and preparing new features for successful product releases and commercial use.
Requirements
At Sempico Solutions, we're looking for a practical Middle Product Manager who enjoys building complex B2B software products and is comfortable owning the operational product lifecycle from idea to release.
Our ideal candidate has:
- 2+ years of commercial experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst with product ownership responsibilities.
- 2+ years of commercial experience working on an IT product (B2B SaaS, CPaaS, software platform, or another software product).
- Experience in the telecom, CPaaS, messaging, or SMS industry will be considered a strong advantage.
- Hands-on experience preparing PRDs, Product Requirements, Business Logic, Use Cases, Functional Requirements, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Experience managing Product Backlogs and maintaining Product Roadmaps.
- Experience collaborating with Development Teams, QA Engineers, and Project Managers.
- Experience supporting software development throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.
- Experience performing Product Acceptance before product releases.
- Experience maintaining Product Documentation and Knowledge Base.
- Experience conducting product demonstrations for customers or internal teams.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong execution discipline.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Notion, Asana, or similar project management tools.
- Professional working proficiency in English (C1 or higher).

- Experience working with telecom, CPaaS, messaging, or SMS products.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and platform architecture.
- Experience working with white-label products.
- Experience with Product Marketing or Sales Enablement.

What You'll Do
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends.
- Collect, evaluate, and maintain the Product Ideas Backlog.
- Manage and maintain the Development Backlog.
- Prepare Product Requirements, PRDs, Business Logic, Use Cases, Functional Requirements, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Maintain the operational Product Roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with Development, QA, and Project Management teams throughout implementation.
- Clarify product requirements during development.
- Review delivered functionality and perform Product Acceptance before release.
- Prepare new functionality for product releases.
- Maintain Product Documentation and Knowledge Base.
- Prepare and update Feature Descriptions, Manuals, FAQs, Release Notes, and Demo Scenarios.
- Conduct product demonstrations for customers and internal teams.
- Support presale activities as a product expert.
- Collect customer feedback, feature requests, product gaps, bugs, and improvement ideas.
- Transfer Product Fundamentals and product knowledge to Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Support teams.
- Keep product statuses, documentation, risks, blockers, and roadmaps up to date.
