IT ERP Product Manager
We are looking for a person who understands — or is eager to learn — how real-life retail/production businesses operate. Our company owns and develops an ERP system, and we require a person who will be responsible for some part of the system as a prodcut manager, meaning will OWN part of the system and will be pushing the R&D within his area of responsibility.
Main Requirements:
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal;
- Technical background or analytical mindset;
- Experience in Product Management, as we are looking for more than just a Support Manager.
Would be a plus:
- ERP experience;
- Experience managing software development processes;
- Experience and/or knowledge in real-business operations.
What will you do?
- Gather, analyse, and prioritise business and customer requirements for ERP product improvements and new features;
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for developers;
- Coordinate and oversee the resolution of reported system issues, whether raised by customers or identified internally;
- Work closely with developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of product enhancements within the estimated budget and scope;
- Conduct business analysis by identifying operational challenges, opportunities, and optimisation solutions;
- Participate in continuous improvement of business processes and ERP functionality;
- Manage internal R&D initiatives from scoping through delivery;
- Maintain product and technical documentation.
This position combines communication with customers, collaboration with developers and Product Managers, elements of QA/testing, and investigative problem-solving when it comes to reproducing and understanding unusual system behaviour.
