Senior Automation QA Engineer

We are looking for an Automation QA Engineer to join our team for a long-term project.

Project

A SaaS-based, data-driven eCommerce platform built on AI-powered, fully cloud-native technology for the North American market.

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare test cases based on business and technical requirements
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites
• Configure test environments and perform application testing
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and analyze defects to identify their root causes

• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other QA engineers to ensure product quality

   

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance
• Proven experience in test automation
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Git, Playwright, GitHub Actions, and Postman
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
• Experience with REST APIs
• Experience with MS SQL is a plus
• Software development experience and familiarity with JavaScript, Web Services, JSON, HTML5, XML, XSLT, XPath, and SOAP
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Analytical mindset
• Good written and spoken English
