Odysseus Truck GPS is one of the most popular navigation apps for trucks and vans in Europe. Every day, thousands of professional drivers use it to build routes, navigate with offline maps, and receive turn-by-turn navigation tailored to commercial vehicle restrictions.

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our development team. In this role, you’ll coordinate the work of our Android, iOS, and Backend teams, help plan releases, and organize the development process.

Work type:

• Full-time;
• Remote or office in Warsaw/Vilnius;

Key responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Android, iOS, and Backend teams;
• Communicate with the team, gather requirements, and help turn ideas into well-defined tasks;
• Write specifications and document new features;
• Break down large tasks into smaller, manageable work items;
• Analyze third-party service documentation and evaluate its suitability for the product;
• Keep Jira and Confluence organized and up to date;
• Prioritize work and help the team plan upcoming tasks;
• Ensure tasks move forward and releases are delivered on time;
• Organize daily, weekly, and other team meetings;
• Coordinate the work of developers, QA engineers, and designers;

• Participate in discussions about new features and product improvements;

   

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager;
• Experience working with software development teams;
• Understanding of the mobile application development process;
• Ability to write clear specifications and create well-defined tasks;
• Ability to plan team workload, prioritize tasks, and drive them through to release;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

• English level B1 or higher;

   

Nice to have:

• Experience with Android and iOS application development processes;
• Experience with mapping, navigation, or logistics products;
• Understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture;
