AI-Native Full-Stack Engineer (React + Node.js)

Mirko Solutions is an international IT company specializing in web and mobile development for clients across the US, Canada, EU, and Australia. We are looking for an AI-Native Full-Stack Engineer who leverages AI as a core part of the software development lifecycle rather than just a coding assistant. In this role, you will build scalable web applications, rapidly prototype new ideas, integrate AI capabilities into products, and contribute to delivering innovative AI-first solutions.

Job Requirements:

• 4+ years of commercial experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer
• Strong knowledge of React (Next.js is a plus)
• Strong experience with Node.js (NestJS and/or Express)
• Proficiency in TypeScript
• Experience working with PostgreSQL or other SQL databases
• Solid understanding of REST API design and integration
• Experience deploying applications using Vercel, Railway, Supabase, Render, AWS, or GCP
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Daily use of AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, or similar
• Experience using AI for:
  • Code generation
  • Debugging and troubleshooting
  • Refactoring existing code
  • Rapid MVP development
  • Test generation
  • Documentation creation
• Strong understanding of AI-first development workflows
• Ability to effectively validate and review AI-generated code 
• LLM & AI Integration Experience

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack web applications
• Build new product features using React, Node.js, and TypeScript
• Rapidly prototype and deliver MVPs using AI-assisted development workflows
• Integrate LLMs and AI services into production applications
• Build AI-powered features such as intelligent search, recommendations, document processing, and conversational experiences
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and backend services
• Work with SQL databases and optimize application performance
• Review, validate, and improve AI-generated code to ensure production quality
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers
• Continuously improve development processes through AI-native engineering practices
