QA Lead

We are looking for a Lead QA Engineer to take full ownership of our testing processes, mentor the QA team, and drive both mobile E2E and scenario-based performance automation.

What You Will Do
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance and growth of QA team members.
QA Operations: Organize and oversee the end-to-end testing of mobile applications.
Process Building & Enforcement: Establish and enforce team processes from onboarding to release, ensuring compliance with both existing and new guidelines.
Workflow Impact: Drive improvements and influence the overall project workflow across cross-functional teams.

Requirements
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in QA and test automation.
Git: Advanced knowledge of Git (CLI commands, complex workflows, conflict resolution).
Local Testing: Solid hands-on experience implementing a Local Testing Approach (Must-Have).
Mobile Ecosystem: Proficiency with Xcode and Android Studio.
Languages & Automation: Strong JS/TS skills and hands-on experience with Appium for mobile E2E automation.
Performance Testing: Deep understanding of performance testing types and methodologies; ability to write scenario-based tests using K6 or Artillery.io (rather than simple API load firing).
API Testing: Strong knowledge of API testing using Postman.
Test Management: Hands-on experience with Test Management Systems (TestRail, Qase, etc.).
