Product Manager

Full or part time/Long Term/Remote

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the definition and evolution of our client HR-tech product suite (time & attendance, payroll, employee evaluation, and access control systems).

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management;
• Experience in HR-tech, workforce management, or attendance/access control systems is a big advantage.
• Proven ability to write high-level product specifications, including Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
• Strategic, big-picture thinker
• Hands-on experience building a product or at least a full module from the ground up.
• Strong project leadership and management skills, with a track record of driving cross-functional teams to deliver on time.
