Lead Blockchain Developer

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Lead Blockchain Developer. If you love creating smart contracts and building decentralized apps, and you're eager for a long-term employment, we want to hear from you. Ideally, you're ready to commit at least a year to help the client grow and innovate together.

Responsibilities:

- Craft and review secure, efficient Solidity smart contracts that stand up to real-world use

- Design smooth payment and authentication systems to deliver a great Web3 experience for the client's users

- Take charge of building and maintaining the client's entire decentralized application from front to back

- Lead important technical decisions and set best practices so the client's team can scale confidently

Requirements:

- 6+ years of overall software development experience 

- Deep (4+ years) expertise in Solidity, with a strong understanding of smart contract security, development cycles, and gas efficiency

- Familiarity with key ERC standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155) and experience with Web3 tools like web3.js, ethers.js, Hardhat, or Foundry

- Proven (2+ years of) experience developing full-stack applications, especially with React, Next.js, and Node.js

- A proactive self-starter who can work independently, shape foundational architecture, and communicate clearly with the team.

- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (both written and spoken)
