We are looking for an Finance Manager who will become the CFO's right hand and gradually take ownership of the majority of the CFO's functions. This is a business-oriented finance role — you will be a real partner to other departments and a key voice in business decisions, not just a reporting function.

Your qualities and skills that will be valued:

• 4+ years of overall experience in finance.
• Experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) or as a Finance Business Partner.
• Solid experience in management reporting, budgeting, planning, and forecasting.
• Strong Excel skills and hands-on experience building and working with financial models.
• English at Intermediate level or higher, sufficient for regular verbal communication with teams in Brazil and Poland.
• Strong business orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with different departments.
• Structured approach, self-sufficiency, and the ability to learn quickly.
• Comfortable working in a fast-changing, startup-mode environment where priorities can shift quickly.
• Ability to balance a controlling function with flexibility and collaboration.

Your additional advantages:

• Experience in a Big Four company (EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC).
• ACCA certification.
• Experience in large product companies or international corporations.
• Experience working with business metrics and optimizing business processes.
• Negotiation skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Running management reporting process
• Unit economics analysis
• Building and maintaining financial forecasts.
• Participating in tax-related projects.
• Gradually taking over the majority of the CFO's functions.
• Working with full autonomy in managing financial processes.
• Identifying and solving business problems, and optimizing processes.
• Acting as a key contributor to business decision-making and influencing business metrics.
• Working with multiple geographies and business models.
