Product Manager (UAV)

We are building the next generation of UAV systems for real-world operations.

Our Ukrainian team is part of an international defense technology company with a proven portfolio of UAV solutions already deployed and actively used on the frontline. As the company continues to grow, we are expanding our R&D team in Kyiv and looking for a Product Manager who will help shape the next generation of products.

This role sits at the intersection of business, engineering, and end users. You will own product priorities, translate operational feedback into development plans, and help the engineering team build solutions that solve real problems.

What you'll do

• Own the product roadmap and development priorities
• Gather and translate user feedback into clear product requirements
• Define priorities, trade-offs, and acceptance criteria
• Coordinate collaboration between engineering, production, field operations, and business stakeholders
• Drive product improvements based on operational feedback and field testing
• Maintain product documentation, specifications, and release notes
• Support customer demonstrations and technical discussions

• Identify product risks, opportunities, and improvement initiatives

   

We're looking for someone who has

• Experience managing complex hardware, software, or integrated products
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to work closely with engineering teams
• Experience defining product requirements, priorities, and roadmaps
• Excellent prioritization and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities

• English for communication with an international team

   

Nice to have

• Experience with UAVs, robotics, aerospace, autonomous systems, or defense technology
• Experience working directly with end users and operational teams
• Experience with field testing and product validation
• Experience supporting product launches or customer demonstrations

• Understanding of defense or government procurement environments
