Full Stack Developer — Agentic Engineering (Claude Code)

The Role

We're hiring a Full Stack Developer who works as an agentic engineer — someone fluent in driving Claude Code to plan, build, test, and ship features across our stack. You won't just write code by hand; you'll orchestrate AI to do more, faster, while owning quality, architecture, and outcomes.

You'll work end to end on our storefront and internal tools: product catalog, search and discovery, cart and checkout, promotions, and the admin/operations dashboards behind them. UI/UX quality matters deeply to us — you should care about how things look and feel, not just whether they work.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship full-stack features across our React front end and Node.js/TypeScript back end.
• Drive Claude Code effectively — decompose work, write clear specs and prompts, review AI-generated code critically, and maintain a clean, well-tested codebase.
• Translate designs and product ideas into polished, responsive, accessible interfaces.
• Improve performance, reliability, and conversion across the storefront and checkout flow.
• Integrate with third-party services (payments, shipping, tax, inventory, analytics).

• Contribute to architecture decisions and keep technical debt in check.

   

What We're Looking For

• Proven Claude Code proficiency — you already use Claude Code (or comparable agentic tools) daily and can show how it changes the way you build.
• Strong full-stack skills with React and Node.js/TypeScript in production.
• Solid UI/UX sense — you understand layout, responsiveness, accessibility, and what makes an interface feel good to use.
• Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar), and Git-based workflows.
• Comfort working independently in a remote, async team and communicating clearly in English.
• Ownership mindset — you ship, measure, and improve.

Nice to Have

• E-commerce experience (storefronts, checkout, payments, order management), preferably Magento.
• Familiarity with Next.js, cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Vercel), and CI/CD.
• Experience writing and maintaining automated tests.
• Interest in wine, food, or consumer marketplaces.
