Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer
We are currently looking for three Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developers to join a remote project with an established Swedish retail company, with us at nvrmind!

About the client
Our client is a well-established mid-sized Swedish retailer operating physical stores, a successful e-commerce platform, and multiple online marketplaces. They sell products globally and rely on several integrated business systems to support their operations.
The company is currently undertaking a major ERP transformation, migrating from Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You'll join an team contributing to customization, integrations, and the modernization of their ERP landscape.
What You'll Do
- Develop, customize, and maintain solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Support the migration from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Business Central.
- Collaborate with the existing NAV developers and Finance team.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize existing Business Central solutions.
- Participate in solution design discussions and contribute with best practices.
Work in an international, fully remote environment. This role is at least for 6 months and probably longer. Possible to work with other projects at nvrmind afterward.
What We're Looking For
Required
- Strong experience developing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Experience participating in or leading a migration from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Business Central.
- Experience integrating Business Central with other business systems.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote team.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience working with European companies or international teams in Europe.
- Retail or e-commerce industry experience.
