Senior Front End Developer

A Senior Developer mentors peers, shares technical expertise, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.

What you’ll drive:

Architecture and development

• Designing and implementing scalable and efficient software architectures.
• Writing, testing, and debugging complex code for new and existing software applications.
• Delivering code to production in a timely manner according to business expectations.

Leadership and collaboration

• Providing guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and team members.
• Conducting thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and best practices.
• Managing software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and align technical solutions that meet business objectives
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders on technical concepts.

Engineering processes and quality assurance

• Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for software development and system design.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for software development and system design.
• Researching and implementing new technologies and methodologies to improve software performance and development processes.
• Identifying and resolving complex software issues and technical challenges.
• Developing and enforcing testing protocols to ensure software reliability and performance.
• Driving continuous improvement in software development practices and processes.

What makes you a GR8 fit:

Must-have

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar senior engineering role;
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS, state management libraries, build tools, package managers, and web testing frameworks;
• Experience with microfrontend architectures and Module Federation patterns (Webpack Module Federation, dynamic remote loading, shared dependency management);
• Ability to analyze code, debug complex issues, optimize performance, and develop proofs of concept (PoCs);
• Understanding of web performance metrics and browser performance optimization, including Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS), FCP, TTFB, TBT, Speed Index, Time to Interactive (TTI), bundle size, and JavaScript parsing and execution performance;
• Understanding of browser internals, SPAs and static websites, client-server architecture, REST APIs, SSR, web security, and UI/UX patterns;
• Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences;
• Upper-Intermediate English level.
