AI Specialist / Vibe Coder—Ongoing, Project-Based Work with a Creative Team

We're a creative agency looking for an AI-native builder to be our go-to for anything that can be built or automated with AI. We work project by project, and we move fast. If you can build in days what used to take weeks, that speed is exactly what we're paying for.
 

What you'd work on

It changes weekly: a custom site for us, an app one of us is building, a membership portal or rewards program, an internal automation that saves hours, or something we haven't thought of. If it can be built intelligently, it lands with you. We want someone energized by that range, not thrown by it.
 

Who we're looking for

• You live in AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, whatever you've made your own) and have real opinions about them.
• You know where AI fails. Generating a prototype is easy now; knowing when the output is wrong, insecure, or won't survive real use is the actual skill. That's what we're paying for.
• You design as well as build, or at least have a real eye. We give brand direction and references; you make it real.
• You've shipped things people use, ideally maintained something past launch.
• You think like an owner, not a contractor counting hours. You'd rather solve it than pad it.
• You're comfortable with ambiguity: landing page one day, automation the next, internal tool after that.
   

On tools: you'll know your stack better than we do. Shopify, Webflow, WordPress, custom, whatever fits the job. We care that you pick right and execute well, not that you know one platform. Automation and app experience (n8n, Make, backends) is a plus.
 

How this works

Your first project is real, a website build we already have scoped, so you're producing from day one, not interviewing in the abstract. It's paid like any other project, and if it goes well there's ongoing work from there.
 

Compensation: $700 to $2,000 per project depending on scope, experience, and speed. Website builds fall in that range; larger apps, portals, or automation work are scoped and quoted separately. Open on location and hours as long as output is strong and communication is reliable.
