We're CBD Local — an SEO & growth agency that has worked with US CBD/hemp brands for 8 years. We're scaling and looking for a Sales Manager / Account Executive who can run negotiations on equal footing — confident, mature, no "let me discount that for you." 💼

This isn't cold spam. It's quality meetings, building trust, and handling tough objections from clients who know their numbers.

What you'll do:

🎯 Run meetings with US clients (Zoom, in English)

🤝 Communicate at business-owner level

🧩 Handle complex messages and objections

📑 Prepare proposals together with the team

💬 Guide the client from first touch to a signed deal

You're a fit if you:

• Have experience selling services / B2B (digital, marketing or IT preferred)

• Speak fluent English (B2+) and hold your own with American clients

• Are a mature, self-respecting professional

• Listen, argue your case, and close without pressure

What we offer:

💰 Trial rate $800 → base $1500 + KPI bonuses. $3000–5000/month total with commission
