Customer Success Manager (US clients)

We're CBD Local — an SEO & growth agency with 8 years in the US CBD/hemp niche. We're not looking for someone to just maintain existing processes — we want someone who'll make them better. 🔧

Building & improving processes — your tasks:

🧩 Build and optimize the processes between clients and the internal team

🤝 Work with the Project Manager to improve the agency's internal processes

📑 Create and maintain clear documentation, checklists and SOPs

🔎 Find bottlenecks in the team's work and propose solutions

⚙️ Automate routine processes together with the team

✅ Make sure all processes are followed and understood by everyone

🚀 Improve the Customer Journey — from the first call to contract renewal

Working closely with the Project Manager:

The Project Manager owns internal task planning, team workload, deadlines and execution of internal processes.

The Customer Success Manager owns client communication, managing client expectations, transparency, relaying client priorities to the team, and making sure the client always understands project status and gets value from our work.

These two roles work hand in hand and share responsibility for successful project delivery.

You're a fit if you:

• Have experience in customer success / account / project management

• Speak fluent English (B2+) — clients are US-based

• Love order, documentation and clear processes

• Are proactive: you see a problem, you bring a solution
