Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant
We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join our partner's growing UAE practice. This is a role for someone who knows Business Central inside out — from requirements gathering through implementation, configuration, and ongoing support — and who understands how the UAE market shapes that work (localization, VAT, regional business practices, and client expectations).

About the role
You will work directly with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, then translate them into configured, working Business Central solutions. This spans the full functional consulting lifecycle: discovery and requirements workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live support, and post-implementation support. You'll partner with technical consultants and developers where customization is needed, but your core value is functional depth — you know the modules, the standard capabilities, and where configuration ends and development begins. Experience with the UAE market specifically (VAT compliance, regional business processes, local client base) is a strong plus given the partner's regional focus.
You have
- Microsoft Certified: MB-800 Functional Consultant certification – MUST!
- Strong expertise in Business Central functional consulting, implementation, configuration, and support
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into Business Central solutions
- Experience working with, or based in, the UAE market
- Fluent English
What to do
- Run requirements-gathering workshops and discovery sessions with clients
- Translate business requirements into Business Central functional designs and configurations
- Configure Business Central modules (finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, and related areas) to meet client needs
- Support implementation projects end-to-end, from design through go-live
- Provide functional support and troubleshooting for existing Business Central clients
- Collaborate with technical consultants/developers on customizations and integrations
- Advise clients on best practices, including UAE-specific requirements (e.g., VAT)
