AI-native Web Developer

We're looking for a developer who uses AI as their primary development tool. For us, it's not about how many lines of code you write by hand—it's about how quickly you can turn ideas into working products using modern AI tools.

What You'll Do

• Develop new features and rapidly build prototypes using Claude Code, Codex, and similar AI tools.
• Turn ideas and rough requirements into working code in a short time.
• Develop and maintain PHP-based functionality.
• Continuously improve the product based on user and team feedback.
• Use LLMs not only for code generation but also to build AI-powered features, automations, and integrations.
• Work independently, make technical decisions, and take ownership of delivering complete solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Commercial experience with PHP development.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools as your primary way of developing software.
• Strong proficiency with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar.
• Solid understanding of how to work effectively with LLMs: writing high-quality prompts, evaluating generated code, and refining it when needed.
• Good knowledge of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, REST APIs).
• Ability to quickly understand and work with existing codebases, including legacy and AI-generated code.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Willingness to quickly learn and adopt new technologies and tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with multiple AI agents simultaneously.
• A portfolio of projects built primarily with AI-assisted development.
• Experience rapidly building MVPs and prototypes.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or similar.
