Operations Manager

About us:
 

We are an international iGaming startup operating in Tier-1 markets. We develop our own products and scale the business globally, creating effective solutions for players and partners. We are currently growing rapidly and are looking for an Operations Manager to help build and optimize the company’s internal processes.
 

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and improve the company’s business processes.
• Analyze and optimize existing operational processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and establish effective collaboration between departments.
• Participate in scaling the company’s operational activities.
• Monitor process execution and propose solutions to increase efficiency.
• Work in a dynamic environment and quickly adapt to new tasks.
   

Requirements:

• Experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
• Experience in the iGaming / gambling industry is required.
• Experience in building and optimizing business processes.
• Project management skills and the ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously.
• Systemic thinking, initiative, and a high level of self-organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
• English-at least Upper-Intermediate (B2).
• Candidate must be located in Cyprus / based in Cyprus.
