About the role
We're looking for a DevOps / Platform Engineer to own and evolve our cloud infrastructure. You'll be responsible for production reliability, CI/CD pipelines, security posture, and preparing the platform for SOC 2 Type II compliance. This is a high-impact role in a growing team where your decisions directly shape the infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps / Platform / SRE
- Strong knowledge of AWS: VPC, EC2, RDS, S3, ECR, IAM, OIDC, Secrets Manager
- Experience with Terraform (modular architecture, remote state, CI/CD)
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes / K3s, Helm, Ingress, cert-manager, RBAC
- Experience with GitHub Actions and Docker
- Knowledge of Redis, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry
- Experience securing production infrastructure (IAM, secrets, network segmentation)
- Experience with microservices architecture
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience preparing infrastructure for SOC 2 Type II
- Understanding of Trust Services Criteria and implementing technical controls (Access Control, Change Management, Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, Logging & Monitoring, Backup & Disaster Recovery)
- Experience collecting audit evidence and working with auditors
