Associate Project Manager

$

We're looking for a Project Manager to help coordinate delivery across one of our long-term products and grow into ownership of its day-to-day execution.

Today, a significant part of delivery management is handled by the Technical Lead alongside technical responsibilities. Our goal is to gradually separate those responsibilities by bringing in a Project Manager who will take ownership of the coordination and delivery side of the product. This role is a good fit for someone who already understands how software delivery works, enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, and wants to grow by working closely with experienced technical people rather than by managing a large team from day one.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys figuring things out. You'll often receive incomplete information rather than detailed specifications. If you naturally ask questions, connect the dots, and enjoy bringing structure to messy situations, you'll probably feel at home here.

About the product

The product is a business platform that helps manage thousands of marketing agents running campaigns across platforms such as Facebook and TikTok. It brings together agent validation, budget allocation and auditing, transaction tracking, daily performance metrics, reporting, and fraud prevention. The platform is already live, used by around 10,000 agents, and growing quickly, with a steady flow of new functionality. Client requests often come as business problems rather than ready-made specifications, so a big part of this role is turning ambiguity into a clear execution plan for the team.

What you'll do

  • Keep delivery moving: maintain task statuses, priorities, ownership, blockers, and next steps in ClickUp or Jira, and proactively follow up with developers and QA.
  • Turn business problems and incomplete requests into structured, developer-ready tasks with clear context, open questions, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and next steps.
  • Prepare meeting summaries, work reports, project updates, and lightweight documentation.
  • Participate in client communication: clarify requirements, gather missing context, and ensure important information reaches the team.
  • Learn the product well enough to understand its workflows, user roles, permissions, and business logic, and use that understanding to make better delivery decisions.
  • Gradually take ownership of larger delivery areas as your understanding of the product grows.

Who we're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Delivery Coordination, Business Analysis, Product Operations, or another role directly involved in software delivery.
  • Good understanding of the software delivery lifecycle: requirements, task decomposition, prioritisation, estimation, development, testing, releases, blockers, and dependencies.
  • Comfortable working close to technical teams and products. You don't need to write code, but you should be able to understand technical discussions, ask meaningful questions, analyse a problem before passing it to the team, and structure work instead of simply forwarding messages.
  • Proactive in communication. You naturally follow up, surface blockers, and keep people informed without waiting to be asked.
  • Reliable in execution. When you own something, others shouldn't need to check whether it's still moving.
  • Clear written English and confident spoken English. You'll gradually become involved in direct communication with the client.
  • Comfortable working in an environment where not every process is fully defined yet and roles may overlap.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM, operational, or workflow-heavy products.
  • Background in QA, Business Analysis, Product Operations, or Technical Support.
  • Familiarity with APIs, technical documentation, and integration-based products.

  • What you'll find here
  • Direct collaboration with an experienced Technical Lead who will help you grow into the role.
  • A product with real users, continuous development, and meaningful delivery challenges.
  • The opportunity to gradually grow from delivery coordination into owning a product area.
  • A small team with direct communication, fast decisions, and no unnecessary bureaucracy.
  • Real influence on how delivery processes evolve as the product grows.
