We tokenize institutional real estate ($50M+ properties) into
ERC-3643 security tokens. Regulated under FINMA (Switzerland) and ADGM (UAE).
We enable fractional ownership, secondary trading, and DeFi integration.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Blockchain Tech Lead to own the entire blockchain
architecture and engineering delivery. You will lead a team of 4-6 engineers,
set technical direction, and drive the platform from testnet to mainnet.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own blockchain architecture: node infrastructure, indexers, oracles, wallets
- Lead smart contract strategy (review, not write all contracts yourself)
- Manage and mentor a team of blockchain, backend, and frontend engineers
- Design CI/CD, monitoring, and incident response for production
- Own security: audits, bug bounties, multi-sig, and key management
- Drive integration with exchanges (tZERO / INX), DeFi protocols, and oracles
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and milestones
- Represent engineering in investor calls and regulatory discussions

REQUIREMENTS

- 7+ years software engineering, 3+ years leading blockchain teams
- Deep understanding of Ethereum, L2s (Arbitrum preferred), and token standards
- Production experience with node ops, indexers (The Graph), and oracles
- Strong Solidity knowledge (review level, not necessarily day-to-day coding)
- Experience with compliance tokenization (KYC/AML, transfer restrictions)
- Track record of shipping production-grade dApps
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
