Sales Manager (US Nonprofit Market)

We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing nonprofit team.
 

At DGTL-HOUSE, we help nonprofit organizations across the United States grow through Google Ad Grants, SEO, and digital marketing. Our clients come to us because they want to increase their impact, attract more donors and volunteers, and make better use of Google's $10,000/month Ad Grant program.
 

Unlike traditional sales roles, you won't spend your days cold calling or building prospect lists. Our marketing team generates qualified inbound leads who book meetings directly with you. Your focus will be understanding each organization's needs, presenting our services, building trust, and guiding prospects toward becoming long-term clients.
 

This is a fully remote position focused on the US market. You should be comfortable working during US business hours, primarily Central Time (approximately 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM Ukraine time, depending on daylight saving time).
 

What you'll do:

• Conduct discovery and sales calls with inbound leads
• Present our services and explain their value to nonprofit organizations
• Handle objections and guide prospects through the decision-making process
• Write professional follow-up emails after meetings
• Keep CRM up to date and manage your sales pipeline
• Work closely with our project management team to ensure a smooth client handoff
 

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience
• Strong spoken and written English (C1 or higher)
• Experience managing the full sales cycle
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence in handling objections and follow-ups
• Willingness to work US business hours
 

Nice to have:

• SaaS, agency or digital marketing sales experience
• Experience with US clients
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Knowledge of SPIN, Challenger, Sandler or similar sales methodologies
• Interest in the nonprofit sector
