Senior Go Backend Engineer Offline

This is not a typical backend position. You will work on game logic, probability-based mechanics, performance optimization, and high-load backend architecture. Your work will directly impact the gameplay experience and platform reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop a high-performance Slot Game Engine using Go.
• Implement server-side game logic and core slot mechanics.
• Develop features such as Free Spins, Buy Bonus, Bonus Games, and other game mechanics.
• Build deterministic game logic and ensure reliable game state management.
• Develop RTP simulation and validation tools.
• Integrate the engine with platform services using HTTP and gRPC.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Collaborate closely with Game Designers and Frontend Engineers to deliver new game features.
   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial backend development experience.
• Strong commercial experience with Go.
• Experience building scalable, high-performance backend services.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and gRPC.
• Experience with concurrent programming and performance optimization.
• Strong knowledge of Go best practices, testing, and software architecture.
• Experience working with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

• Good written and spoken English.

   

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the iGaming industry.
• Understanding of slot game mechanics (paylines, cascades, Megaways, free spins, bonus features, etc.).
• Experience developing high-load or real-time backend systems.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Basic knowledge of TypeScript.
• Experience using AI development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
