Junior Automation QA Engineer

Responsibilities:
π§ Develop, maintain, and improve automated test scripts (E2E, API).
π§ Automate Smoke and Regression testing cycles.
π§ Execute and analyze automation test results, debug failures, and report issues.
π§ Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
π§ Collaborate with the development team to ensure automated test coverage aligns with both business and technical requirements.
π§ Actively contribute to test automation framework development and enhancement.
Requirements:
βοΈ At least 1 year of hands-on experience in test automation for web-based applications.
βοΈ Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
βοΈ Experience with Playwright or similar automation frameworks.
βοΈ Solid experience with API automation testing (REST).
βοΈ Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and integrating automated tests into GitHub Actions or similar pipelines.
βοΈ Strong understanding of client-server architecture and HTTP request types, REST API standards, and HTTP status codes.
βοΈ English proficiency level B1 or higher.
π Higher technical education, completed or in progress. Standalone training courses are not sufficient.
Nice to Have:
Experience with test management systems like TestRail, Qase, or Zephyr
Familiarity with test case design techniques (e.g., Boundary Value Analysis, Equivalence Partitioning)
Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Rally)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of performance/load testing
