Senior Data Analyst

About the Role

Our client is a global fintech company and one of the world's leading platforms for financial analytics and investment insights. They are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to help drive product decisions through data and uncover actionable insights from user behavior across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior and product performance using raw data.
• Define, track, and optimize key product KPIs.
• Build dashboards and perform deep-dive analyses to support business decisions.
• Design, monitor, and evaluate A/B tests.
• Analyze and improve key metrics, including Conversion, Retention, Churn, Engagement, and Revenue.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to deliver data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a B2C product environment.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience writing complex analytical queries.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of product analytics, web/mobile user behavior, and A/B testing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher level of English.
