Senior / Staff Full-Stack Engineer — Solana Low-Latency Copy-Trading (Node.js + React)

Required Hard Skills

• 8+ years of Software Engineering experience
• Strong commercial experience with Node.js
• Strong experience with TypeScript (strict mode)
• Strong experience with React + TypeScript
• Experience with backend frameworks such as Nest.js, Express.js, Koa.js
• Strong understanding of React, including Hooks, Context, rendering behavior, and performance optimization
• Strong experience with state management tools such as Redux, MobX, Zustand, Recoil, or similar
• Strong software design knowledge: OOD, FP, design patterns, SOLID principles
• Practical hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar
• Experience building low-latency, high-throughput, highly concurrent systems (real-time processing, hundreds+ of parallel operations)
• Experience working with external APIs and third-party data providers
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs
• Advanced experience with SQL databases, especially PostgreSQL (transactions, locking, idempotency)
• Experience with database performance optimization, indexing, query optimization, and handling large datasets
• Experience with async / batch processing, scheduled jobs, background workers, queues, retries, throttling, and rate-limit handling
• Hands-on experience with job / message queues such as BullMQ, Redis Streams, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Amazon SQS/SNS, or similar
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD processes
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms (GCP, Azure)
• Experience building systems that require data validation, consistency checks, idempotency, and crash-recovery safeguards
• Understanding of trading, fintech, blockchain, or data-intensive financial systems
• Knowledge of Agile development practices, preferably SCRUM
• Proficient understanding of Git

Required Blockchain / Solana / Copy-Trading Experience

• Solid understanding of Solana internals: transactions, instructions, accounts, blocks/slots, commitment levels (processed / confirmed / finalized), blockhash lifetime, and reorg handling
• Hands-on experience with low-latency Solana execution / trading bots — landing transactions competitively (same-slot / "block-0"), priority fees, and MEV-aware submission
• Experience with real-time Solana data streaming: Yellowstone gRPC (Triton Dragon’s Mouth / Helius LaserStream) and/or shred-level feeds such as Jito ShredStream (awareness of DoubleZero Edge a plus)
• Experience with transaction submission & landing infrastructure: Jito (Block Engine / bundles / tips), Helius Sender, SWQoS (stake-weighted QoS), and specialist senders (0slot / Nozomi / bloXroute)
• Experience with blockchain data / RPC providers such as Helius, Triton, QuickNode, Alchemy, or similar, including multi-provider failover and rate-limit handling
• Familiarity with Pump.fun / PumpSwap: bonding-curve mechanics, AMM pricing, and building instructions from an on-chain IDL
• Understanding of trading metrics: entry/exit, market cap, slippage, hit rate, P&L, and per-position / portfolio risk
• Experience with crypto trading platforms, copy-trading systems, DEX / on-chain execution, or wallet automation
• Experience with secure key management at scale (HD wallet derivation, in-memory signing, secrets isolation) and capital-isolation / fail-safe design
