Our client is developing a platform with a diverse and evolving set of modules and features. The platform includes existing modules that are being improved, as well as large new epics that provide completely new functionality for customers. One concrete example mentioned is the development of a new module for vendor risk management. The product roadmap is heavily focused on automation, intelligent automation, and the integration of AI features.

Key Requirements:
🔹7+ years in Node.js and React, with experience building and operating production services at a meaningful scale;
🔹Microservices Expertise: Proven production experience with microservices architecture;
🔹Database Knowledge: Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB. Strong skills with relational and non-relational databases;
🔹API Development: Experience building and integrating REST APIs;
🔹Strong proficiency with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Copilot) and modern AI-assisted development practices as part of day-to-day work;
🔹Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS or similar providers;
🔹Leadership: Ability to mentor and lead technical projects;
🔹Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a strong advantage;
🔹Proficient in software design principles and patterns with a motivated, self-driven approach;
🔹English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Will be plus:
🔹Experience developing high-scale SaaS solutions;
🔹Experience developing AI Features (Agents, GenAI, Lang etc.);
🔹Deep understanding of CI/CD and QA automation processes;
🔹Academic excellence in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields

What you will do:
🔹 Build & Design: Develop cloud-based platform using cutting-edge technologies such as AWS, microservices, and containerized solutions;
🔹 Architect Solutions: Participate in architectural decisions, research, and design to deliver scalable and robust software;
🔹 Full-Stack Development: Implement backend logic, create intuitive frontends, and integrate with third-party APIs;
🔹 Collaborate: Work closely with product, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure a seamless, efficient platform;
🔹 Lead & Mentor: Guide junior developers, promote knowledge sharing, and maintain coding standards;
🔹 Optimize: Continuously improve the platform’s efficiency, scalability, and maintainability, while staying updated on industry trends.
