Purchasing Coordinator/Supply Chain Coordinator
We are looking for a responsible, accurate, and highly motivated Supplier Orders Follow-Up Coordinator to support our Purchasing Department.
The position is intended for a candidate based in Ukraine, working remotely with SATEC’s purchasing team in Israel.
Responsibilities:
· Follow up with suppliers regarding open purchase orders and delivery schedules
· Contact suppliers to expedite urgent deliveries when required
· Contact suppliers to postpone or reschedule deliveries according to company needs
· Receive supplier confirmations, delivery updates, and revised ETAs
· Update delivery dates, confirmations, and supplier responses in the ERP system
· Maintain accurate and organized purchasing follow-up records
· Work closely with the Purchasing Department and support daily supply-chain activities
· Prepare and update Excel reports related to open orders, supplier replies, and delivery status
· Escalate delays, supply risks, or missing supplier responses to the purchasing team
Requirements:
· Good English level — written and spoken — is a must
· Previous experience in purchasing, supply chain, logistics, or order follow-up — advantage
· Experience working with ERP systems — advantage
· Good Excel skills, including VLOOKUP — must
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy — must
· Ability to work independently and follow up on many open issues in parallel — must
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines — must
· Responsible, organized, and service-oriented personality — must
· Good communication skills with suppliers and internal teams — must
· Availability for full-time work.
· Previous experience working with international suppliers — advantage
· Technical or electronic components purchasing background — advantage
