About the Role

We're looking for two exceptional outbound Business Development Representatives with a true hunter mindset.

This role is designed for sales professionals who thrive on opening new markets, creating opportunities from scratch, and building relationships with enterprise decision-makers.

You'll be responsible for generating qualified pipeline for our sales team while helping some of the world's most innovative businesses adopt next-generation crypto payment infrastructure.

 

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end outbound business development process, from market research and account mapping to generating qualified sales opportunities.
  • Identify, prioritize, and penetrate high-value target accounts across fintech, payment service providers (PSPs), financial institutions, crypto businesses, iGaming, and enterprise software companies.
  • Develop strategic outbound plans for named accounts, leveraging multi-threaded outreach to engage C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Build relationships with prospective customers by understanding their business challenges, technical environment, and growth objectives.
  • Create and execute highly personalized, multi-channel outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, phone, referrals, events, and partner networks.
  • Qualify opportunities by identifying business needs, technical requirements, buying processes, budget, and timelines to ensure strong product-market fit.
  • Generate a predictable pipeline of high-quality opportunities while consistently exceeding pipeline creation targets.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to develop account strategies, accelerate deal progression, and maximize conversion rates.
  • Gather customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market feedback to influence our go-to-market strategy.
  • Represent BitHide at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our market presence.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline visibility, and activity reporting.
  • Continuously experiment with new outbound strategies, messaging, and prospecting techniques to improve performance.

 

What We're Looking For

Must-have

  • Experience in Crypto, Blockchain, or Web3.
  • 2+ years of experience in outbound Business Development, Sales Development, or B2B Sales.
  • Proven success generating pipeline through cold outreach.
  • Experience selling B2B SaaS, FinTech, Payments, APIs, Infrastructure, or Enterprise Software.
  • Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.
  • Experience engaging senior decision-makers and C-level executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+/C1).
  • Highly proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with PSPs, payment gateways, fintech companies, or financial institutions.
  • Understanding of APIs and technical SaaS products.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar prospecting tools.
