Product Delivery Manager

We are looking for proactive, disciplined, and highly accountable Product Delivery Managers to join our team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Driving clear, structured, and proactive communication with clients through written updates, reporting, and calls;
  • Ensuring delivery stays aligned with the client’s product goals, user needs, and business priorities;
  • Taking ownership of planning and scope management, ensuring both the team and client understand progress, risks, and next steps;
  • Control the quality and consistency of all deliverables - no gaps, no surprises.
  • Thinking beyond tasks - focusing on how delivery supports the product’s success;
  • Analyzing delivery performance and continuously pushing for improvement in process, outcomes, and alignment with the product vision.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in managing digital products or software delivery;
  • English level - C1;
  • Profound knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) and other mgmt frameworks;
  • Strong product thinking - understanding how delivery decisions impact user value and business outcomes;
  • Outstanding communication, escalation, and expectation management skills;
  • Strong risk management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills;
  • High demands and expectations from your work - no excuses, no half-measures;
  • Leadership qualities: confidence, ownership, clarity;
  • Solid understanding of business environments and ability to align delivery with business goals.
