Middle Automation QA(Cypress) with German

Currently, we are strengthening a Core Engineering team for one of our strategic enterprise partners in the Banking and Financial Services sector. We are looking for an experienced Automation QA team of three consultants to establish a robust automation environment, define the QA strategy, and drive quality across a long-term enterprise initiative.

> Note: This is an Outstaffing engagement. The selected consultants will be integrated into the client’s engineering organization and work as part of a long-term initiative.

 Team Composition

- 1 × Senior Automation QA Engineer / QA Team Lead
- 2 × Mid-level Automation QA Engineers.

Mandatory Requirements

- All consultants must be based in Germany
- Fluent German is mandatory and will be the primary working language
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
- Strong experience in Banking or Financial Services
- Experience working in regulated environments

 Required Team Experience

- Building greenfield Automation QA environments from scratch
- Defining QA strategy and test automation architecture
- Designing and maintaining automation frameworks and QA processes
- Establishing quality metrics, reporting, and test coverage
- API, Integration, Contract, and End-to-End Testing
- Experience with synthetic test data is a strong advantage
- Close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and QA teams

🌍 Location: Mostly remote, with occasional on-site presence in Germany for kickoff meetings and workshops
